“Flow heels” 90min Are you ready to explore the sensual and alluring side of pole dance? In this Flow heels workshop you will learn to captivate and mesmerize through fluid movements, body control, and the art of tease. We will delve into the sensual and expressive style of dancing, while also encouraging individual creativity and self-expression. Through a variety of exercises and choreography, we will learn to connect with your body, emotions and enjoy our movements on and off the pole. Intermediate-advanced this class might be delayed 30-60minutes , but we will let you know a few days ahead . It depends on the amount of students at the other workshops. Anna will give extra time if the classes are full.
