We will delve into flow combinations and explore stunning shapes and transitions on the spinny pole. Our focus will be on utilizing the force of the spin to our advantage, playing with details to enhance the overall movement. We will learn to artfully combine floor work, entrances, climbing, tricks and transitions, ending in a logical completeness. Mixed level Intermediate-Advanced
